Step 1: In a bowl stir butter until it is a frosting-like consistency. Slowly using a few tablespoons at a time stir in the first 1/4 cup of oil; mixing vigorously until smooth. Stir in the remaining oil until well combined.
Step 2: Transfer to a glass jar; cover with a tight-fitting lid. Refrigerate for 3 hours or until set. Store in refrigerator.
