Step 1: Add all vegetables to meat stock.
Step 2: Making sure its covered
Step 3: Season to taste
Step 4: Simmer for one hour.
Step 5: Combine beef, egg, milk and seasonings. Form into very small meatballs.
Step 6: Drop meatballs into boiling soup and cook 15 minutes.
Step 7: Check seasoning
