Ingredients
- 16 ounces cooked chicken breast (chopped)
- 1/2 cup celery, minced
- 1/4 cup parsley, minced
- 1/16 cup onion, minced
- 2 eggs (hard-boiled, chopped)
- FOR THE SAUCE
- 2 egg yolks (hard-boiled)
- 1 tablespoons cream
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoons salt (called for 1 tablespoon)
- 3 tablespoons vinegar

Step 1: Mash egg yolks to paste and add cream.
