Ingredients
- 3 cups water
- 3 cups instant potato flakes
- 2 tablespoons butter, cut into cubes
- 1 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 can (10 ounces) cheddar cheese soup
- 4 ounces sour cream
- 2 green onions ,minced
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
