Step 1: Combine all ingredients (except steak) in a small bowl.
Step 2: Press rub evenly onto flat iron steaks. Let set for 1- 2 hours in refrigerator.
Step 3: Grill over hot fire, turning often to avoid burning, being careful not to overcook.
Step 4: Cut across the grain, serve with your favorite side.
