Step 1: Fry meat in a pot until brown and drain off excess grease.
Step 2: Add beans with their liquid and rest of ingredients to the meat in the pot,and bring to a simmer over medium-high heat. Continue simmering until hot throughout. Serve like chili with crackers, cornbread, chopped onion, shredded cheese or sour cream for garnish.
