Step 1: Melt butter
Step 2: Add onion,celery,carrots and bell pepper
Step 3: Saute until tender
Step 4: Add rice
Step 5: Add broth
Step 6: Bring to a boil
Step 7: Cover
Step 8: Simmer
Step 9: For 20 minutes
