Ingredients
- 6 eggs,beaten
- 1 tablespoons butter
- 2 ounces hot italian sausage
- 1/8 cup bell pepper,chopped
- 1/8 cup onions,chopped
- 1/8 cup tomatoes,chopped
- 1/8 cup spaghetti sauce
- 2 ounces provolone cheese,shredded
How to Make

Step 1: In first pan

Step 2: Saute the sausage onions and peppers together

Step 3: At very end add tomatoes

Step 4: In second pan

Step 5: Melt butter

Step 6: Add the eggs

Step 7: Cook until almost set

Step 8: Add filling fold over

Step 9: Cut in half

Step 10: Plate
How to Make

Step 11: Smear on spaghetti sauce

Step 12: And top with cheese

Step 13: Microwave until cheese melts
