Step 1: In large stock pot add roast onions tomatoes and salt
Step 2: Cover with water. Bring to a boil. Turn down cover and simmer for 2 1/2 hours
Step 3: Check if pork is tender if not cook longer add water if needed
Step 4: Add chopped greens cook 30 more minutes until greens are tender
