- 1 pound trout , cleaned
- 8 ounces bacon,(8 strips)
- 1 cup complete pancake mix
- 1/2 cup water
How to Make

Step 1: Fry enough bacon to have enough grease to cook trout

Step 2: Place cooked bacon inside trout

Step 3: Dip in pancake mix mixed with enough water to make a batter

Step 4: Fry in hot bacon grease he said to cook him well but not to long that he shrivels
