Step 1: Heat half the oil in a wok or large frying pan on high heat and stir-fry capsicum for 2-3 minutes, until just tender.
Step 2: Add remaining oil to pan with broccoli and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Step 3: Toss noodles through vegetables along with the sauces and stir-fry 2-3 minutes, until heated through.
Step 4: Ladle into serving bowl and serve.
