Step 1: Cook al dente and drain pasta.
Step 2: Set aside.
Step 3: Cook bacon until crisp set aside and crumble when adding to sauce
Step 4: Cook chicken nuggets in the oven according to instructions.
Step 5: While chicken tenders are cooking
Step 6: Combine anaheim chili,honey, soy sauce, brown sugar, pineapple juice, vinegar, black pepper, and cayenne in a saucepan.
Step 7: Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes, stirring the whole time.
Step 8: Bring down to a simmer and let simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 9: In another pan
Step 10: Combine cheese, butter, evaporated milk, parsley flakes, and garlic.
Step 11: Melt over medium-high heat until it starts to lightly boil.
Step 12: Add corn starch and whisk until it starts to thicken then bring to low heat until ready to serve, add cream at very end
Step 13: Stirring occasionally.
Step 14: When chicken is done
Step 15: Cover chicken with the honey sauce.
Step 16: Add pasta to the cheese sauce and mix until coated.
Step 17: Add bacon and chicken and serve.
