Step 1: Combine chicken, onion, ginger, and garam masala in the removable bowl of a 5.6 litre capacity slow cooker and toss well to combine and then add simmer sauce, cream and tomato paste and stir well to combine.
Step 2: Cover with the lid and cook on low for 5 1/2 hours or until chicken is cooked and sauce has thickened.
Step 3: Garnish with coriander and serve with rice and naan bread.
