Step 1: Whisk eggs, milk, dill, salt and pepper together in a medium bowl until blended.
Step 2: Spray medium non-stick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Add butter and melt over medium-high heat.
Step 3: Add zucchini and saute until lightly browned (about 4 minutes). Remove from pan and set aside.
Step 4: Add egg mixture to pan and return to medium-high heat. Cook until edges are set.
Step 5: Use a spatula to add zucchini to omelet. When eggs are set, fold omelet over.
Step 6: Divide omelet into two pieces and serve.
