Step 1: Heat oil in dutch oven
Step 2: Season meat with salt paprika and pepper
Step 3: Brown meat on both sides
Step 4: Remove
Step 5: Add onions
Step 6: Add garlic
Step 7: Add herbs
Step 8: Add wine
Step 9: Add meat back in
Step 10: Add broth
Step 11: Cover and simmer for 2 hours
Step 12: Add vegetables and simmer for 1 hour more add water as needed
Step 13: Take out bay leaf
