Step 1: Heat the oil in a wok or skillet, medium heat, add garlic and onions, saute for 8 minutes or until the onions are translucent
Step 2: Mix the cayenne with the black beans and add to the skillet for about 1 minutes
Step 3: Add tomatoes, season with salt and pepper, saute 2 minutes
Step 4: Add spinach, toss, saute for 2 minutes more or until the spinch has just wilted and heated through
