Step 1: Get out a blender. Add the milk and water first. Next add the matcha and the vanilla. Lastly, add the banana and peaches.
Step 2: Place the cover on the blender. Pulse if you need to before you start blending. Blend until it is a smooth consistency.
Step 3: You can add sweetener if you want to. Anything will be fine (honey, maple syrup, white sugar, whatever). I don't usually add anything to my smoothies.
Step 4: Pour into a tall glass and enjoy.
Step 5: Matcha gives a steady energy throughout the day.
