Step 1: In a skillet over medium heat heat 2 tablespoons olive oil and then add the garlic and saute for a minute and then add the peas and prosciutto, stirring to coat. Add 1/4 cup water and bring to a simmer and cook at a simmer for 5 minutes or until tender.
Step 2: Stir in parsley and the green onions and cook for another minute. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3: Just before serving add 1 tablespoon oil.
