Step 1: Sprinkle both sides of pork with the Tuscan seasoning.
Step 2: Heat an oiled, large, non-stick frying pan over a medium to high heat and add pork and cook for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side, or until tender.
Step 3: Remove and rest, loosely covered with foil for 2 minutes.
Step 4: Meanwhile, heat an oiled, medium, non-stick frying pan over a medium heat and add frozen vegetables and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes, or until tender and then add sauce and stir for a further 2 minutes, or until hot.
Step 5: Remove from heat and stir in spinach and serve pork with vegetables and breadstick.
