Step 1: Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil, drop in the sprout,cook 6 minutes
Step 2: Drain plunge into cold water to stop the cooking, drain
Step 3: Melt the butter in a skillet, medium heat, add sprouts, stir well to coat the sprouts cook over medium heat for 6 minutes shaking the pan
Step 4: Season with salt and pepper, add lemon juice and parsley, toss and serve
