Bisquick 3 Layer Strawberry Dessert

Ingredients
- Bottom:
- 2 cups bisquick
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- Middle:
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 egg yolks
- 8 ounces sour cream
- Topping:
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 drops red food coloring
- 1 1/2 cups strawberries,cut in halves
How to Make

Step 1: Bottom layer:

Step 2: Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Step 3: Mix bisquick with sugar

Step 4: Cut in butter

Step 5: Pat into pie plate or round cake pan

Step 6: Bake 10 minutes

Step 7: Middle:

Step 8: Mix sour cream and egg yolks

Step 9: Spread over hot layer

Step 10: Bake 20 minutes more

Step 11: Cool

Step 12: Top:

Step 13: Mash 1/2 cup strawberries mix sugar and cornstarch in 2 quart saucepan

Step 14: Stir in water

Step 15: Heat stirring constantly until boiling and thick

Step 16: Stir in food coloring

Step 17: Cool

Step 18: Layer some glaze on pie

Step 19: Put the strawberries halves

Step 20: On top of pie

Step 21: Load rest of glaze over berries

Step 22: Chill until firm
