Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 cup milk
- Icing:
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cups powdered sugar
How to Make

Step 1: Sift dry ingredients 3x

Step 2: In another bowl

Step 3: Cream butter and sugar

Step 4: Add eggs 1 at a time

Step 5: Add vanilla

Step 6: Add flour alternately with milk starting and ending with flour

Step 7: Pour into buttered pam sprayed muffin pans they used small muffin pans

Step 8: Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 30 minutes depending on the size of the pan

Step 9: Icing

Step 10: Melt butter into milk add vanilla ,they said you could use chocolate if you wanted to,

Step 11: Add enough siftedpowdered sugar to make desired stiffness
