1/3 cup mushrooms, sliced (canned sliced mushrooms, coarsely chopped hand-squeeze to remove as much excess moisture as possible -- or can use fresh sauteed then chopped)
6 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 small garlic clove, minced (optional)
