Step 1: Pre-heat your oven to 350F (180C) with a rack in the middle.
Step 2: Butter and flour a loaf pan (8x4-inches) very well spray pam.
Step 3: In a large mixing bowl
Step 4: With a whisk combine the flour, baking powder, salt, black pepper and herbs de provence.
Step 5: Mix the milk eggs and the oil .
Step 6: Add to dry ingredients
Step 7: Fold in the grated cheese, followed by the whole olives and ham cubes.
Step 8: Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Step 9: The batter is quite thick, so use a spatula to smooth out the top.
Step 10: Bake for 45 minutes, until the top is golden and a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Step 11: Transfer to a cooling rack and wait 15 minutes before removing the loaf from the pan. Let cool and have slices and cubes
