Step 1: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Step 2: Cut pork chops lengthwise to about 1/4-inch thickness.
Step 3: Heat 2 tablespoon of the butter in a large skillet.
Step 4: Saute the mushrooms until they begin to caramelize
Step 5: About 5 minutes.
Step 6: Remove mushrooms and set aside.
Step 7: Spray pam in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Step 8: Melt 1 tablespoons of the butter in the same skillet.
Step 9: Dredge pork chops in seasoned flour.
Step 10: Brown half of the pork chops well on both sides.
Step 11: Add the remaining 1 tablespoon butter and brown remaining chops.
Step 12: Place chops in prepared baking dish. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 13: Distribute mushrooms over the top.

Step 15: Add the wine and stock. Deglaze
Step 16: Bring wine/stock mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes
Step 17: Pour wine/stock mixture over the chops and mushrooms.
Step 18: Mix the shredded cheese with the green onions and distribute evenly across chops and mushrooms.
Step 19: Bake for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
