Step 1: Heat oil in heavy large skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 2: Add onion, bell peppers and garlic and saute until tender, about 7 minutes.
Step 3: Add tomatoes and continue cooking until vegetables are very tender, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes.
Step 4: Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Step 6: Arrange ham slices in heavy medium skillet.
Step 7: Pour wine over ham.
Step 8: Cover and simmer until ham is heated through, about 5 minutes.
Step 9: Arrange ham around edge of platter.
Step 10: Top with vegetable mixture.

Step 13: Beat eggs with half and half in large bowl to blend.
Step 14: Melt butter in heavy large skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 15: Add eggs and stir until cooked.
Step 16: Spoon eggs atop vegetables and ham.
Step 17: Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve.
