Step 1: Night before: Trim and cut meat and put into the slow cooker.
Step 2: Combine the rest of the ingredients and pour over the beef; place in the refrigerator to marinade overnight.
Step 3: Next Day: Remove from refrigerator and cook on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours or on LOW for 6 to 8 hour or until beef is tender.
Step 4: Just before serving, remove beef and place in a shallow broilig pan. Pour 1/2 cup of the sauce over the beef.
Step 5: Place under broiler for 3 to 5 minutes; watch closely that it does not burn.
Step 6: Serve with ginger scented rice and steamed vegetables. Pass extra sauce.
