Step 1: Melt the butter and the oil in a deep fry pan and place over a medium heat, add the almonds, zest and oregano.
Step 2: Cook mix stirring for 2 minutes or until light golden. the add the beans and toss them well to combine.
Step 3: Cover pan with a tight fitting lid and cook beans for a further 3 minutes or until the beans are just cooked.
Step 4: Remove the pan from the heat, add in the lemon juice, salt & pepper & toss to combine.
