Step 1: Make dredge
Step 2: Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Step 3: Dredge the steaks do it pretty heavily
Step 4: Heat grease
Step 5: Brown steaks 2 at a time until golden brown in dutch oven
Step 6: Add onions and celery
Step 7: Add garlic and tomato paste
Step 8: Add seasonings
Step 9: Add broth
Step 10: Add tomatoes and Worcestershire sauce
Step 11: Put steaks back in
Step 12: Cover
Step 13: Bake for at least 2 hours until steak is tender
