Step 1: In a small bowl whisk the first 7 ingredients together
Step 2: Brush 2 tbsp of the juice mixture over both sides of the slices
Step 3: Grill the eggplant 3-4 minutes each side . Transfer Eggplant to serving plates.
Step 4: While the eggplant is cooking stir together the honey, pepper flakes and remaining juice mixture
Step 5: Drizzle Honey mixture over the cooked slices and serve
Step 9: Transfer Eggplant to serving plates
