Step 1: Clean your sweet potatoes first, then polk them with holes several times with a fork so that they don't explode in the microwave.
Step 2: Microwave them 5 to 10 minutes, or until they are tender inside. Turn them over once while cooking them.
Step 3: As soon as they are cool enough, remove the skins and place the sweet potatoes in a large bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients. Mash the potatoes and mix everything together. Serve right away while warm.
