Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup sherry wine
- 1 cup pecans,chopped
- 48 ounces vanilla ice cream,(1 quart)
- 16 ounces heavy cream
- 1 package (14 ounces) angel food cake
How to Make

Step 1: Slice cake into 3 layers.

Step 2: Soften ice cream & combine w/the sherry & pecans.

Step 3: Spread this mixture between the cake layers.

Step 4: Beat whipping cream till soft peaks form, frost cake w/the cream & freeze for later use.
