- 4 pound whole chicken, cooked,deboned,chopped
- 1/2 cup celery,chopped
- 1 can (6 ounces) water chestnuts,drained,chopped
- Dressing:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1/8 cup flaked almonds
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons mango chutney
- 1/16 teaspoon salt
- 1/16 teaspoon white pepper
- 4 cups iceberg lettuce,shaved
