Step 1: Soak gelatin in water five minutes
Step 2: Purée strawberries in blender
Step 3: Cook purée and sugar over medium low for 3-4 minutes
Step 4: Add soaked gelatin to purée and mix
Step 5: Transfer purée to whipped cream and beat one minute
Step 6: Make layers of mousse and sliced strawberries in serving glass
Step 7: Chill 1 hour
