Step 1: Cook the asparagus in boiling water for 3 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain and rinse with cold water. Drain again.
Step 2: Combine dill and the next 7 ingredients (through garlic) in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk.
Step 3: Divide the lettuce, asparagus, and radishes evenly among two plates. Drizzle each serving with about 2 1/2 tablespoons of the buttermilk dressing. Enjoy!
