Step 1: Mash the banana and mix well with the cooked quinoa, milk, yogurt, maple syrup, chia seeds and vanilla.
Step 2: Divide into four 1 cup containers. (I use canning jars)
Step 3: Top with chopped walnuts, cover containers and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
