Ingredients
- 1/3 cup butter, softened
- 3 cups powdered sugar, sifted
- 1 egg white, unbeaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (or rum extract)
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 2 tablespoons milk (more or less as needed)
How to Make

Step 1: Cream butter and sugar with mixer until light and fluffy.

Step 2: Add 1 cup sugar, egg white and extract. Mix well.

Step 3: Add remaining sugar, alternately with molasses and milk. Mix thoroughly.

Step 4: Frost cake.
