Step 1: Put chicken spices and herbs into broth
Step 2: Bring to a boil
Step 3: Turn down simmer for 2 hours
Step 4: Skim foamy parts
Step 5: Take out chicken
Step 6: Take out bay leaves
Step 7: Skin and debone chicken
Step 8: Add chopped meat back into broth
Step 9: Then Last hour
Step 10: Add everything else but the noodles
Step 11: Last 20 minutes cook the noodles al dente separately
Step 12: Add as served or freeze separately
