Step 1: Add sautéed mushrooms to cooked pasta.
Step 2: Make a sauce of the butter, flour, chicken broth, and seasoning. Remove from heat and stir in the wine and heated cream.
Step 3: Preheat oven to 375' F.
Step 4: Add half the sauce to the turkey ( or chicken) and half to the pasta and mushrooms.
Step 5: Put pasta in greased casserole. Make a hole in the center and put the turkey (chicken) in it.
Step 6: Sprinkle the Parmesan on top.
Step 7: Bake about 20 minutes or till lightly browned.
