Step 1: Mix the salmon, egg, coconut flour, dill pickle juice, onion powder, garlic powder, chicken bouillon granules and pepper together in a bowl and form into 1” balls placing them on a rimmed baking sheet that has been coated with non-stick spray.
Step 2: Place in a pre-heated 350 degree Fahrenheit oven and cook for 15 minutes.
Step 3: Meanwhile mix together the mayonnaise dill pickle, hot pickled peppers and hot pickled pepper juice.
Step 4: When salmon balls are cooked, serve with mayo mixture to dip in.
