President Carter's Meatloaf

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 cup onions,chopped
- 1/4 cup green peppers,chopped
- 3 ounces bread ,dried and blended in blender,(3 slices)
- 2 eggs
- 1 can (10 ounces) beef with vegetable soup
- Topping:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup catsup
- Garnish:
- 8 ounces baby dill pickles
- 8 tablespoons mustard
How to Make

Step 1: Mix everything but topping divide the meat into two portions

Step 2: Pack into 2 loaf pans dot with butter and cover with catsup

Step 3: Bake in325 degree oven for 60 minutes until done

Step 4: Let cool,wrap in tin foil and chill

Step 5: Slice next day serve with mustard and pickles
