Step 1: Have the first 5 ingredients ready ahead of time and sauté for about 5 minutes in a wok or large skillet in the sesame oil.
Step 2: When almost tender, add and stir in the pineapple, the juice, and the ginger, just until ingredients are heated through.
Step 3: Serve over or with cooked rice.
