Step 1: Poach chicken breasts in stock
Step 2: Take out and cook pasta in stock
Step 3: Drain saving 1/2 cup broth
Step 4: Put chicken in it to stay moist in frig
Step 5: Chill pasta and 2 cups spinach mixed together
Step 6: Along with oil ,soy sauce and vinegar
Step 7: Next day
Step 8: Chop chicken breast
Step 9: Toast sesame seeds lightly
Step 10: Add to pasta with chicken
Step 11: Toss
Step 12: Add spinach,mushrooms and green onions
Step 13: Toss
