Ingredients
- 1 small yellow onion, diced
- 1/4 cup butter
- 12 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons jalapeno peppers (sliced jarred)
- 1 can (12 ounce) mushrooms
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
How to Make

Step 1: Saute onions in butter until transluscent.

Step 2: Add eggs to a large bowl and beat.

Step 3: Add all other ingredients including onions to the eggs. Stir well.

Step 4: Pour into a greased 9x13 pan and bake at 400° for 30 minutes or until eggs are set. Serve hot.
