Step 1: In a small bowl mix together the 3 tablespoons water and ground flax seeds; set aside and let sit for 15 minutes.
Step 2: Mix together the ground pork, onion powder, garlic powder, ground ginger, salt, pepper and flax seed and water mixture.
Step 3: Form into 1 inch meatballs and place on a rimmed baking sheet.
Step 4: Place in a preheated 350 degree Fahrenheit oven and cook for 15 minutes.
Step 5: In the meantime, melt the coconut oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, add onion and bell pepper and cook until they start to slightly brown on the edges.
Step 6: Remove the meatballs from the oven and place in a 14 inch X 10 inch casserole dish; pour the cooked onion and pepper over the meatballs and set aside.
Step 7: Whisk together the water and corn starch; stir in the remaining sauce ingredients and pour over the meatballs, onion and pepper.Cover and cook in a 350 degree Fahrenheit oven for 45 minutes; remove cover and cook for another 15 minutes.
Step 8: Enjoy!
