Step 1: Place the bacon slices in a skillet and gook until slightly crispy, add the cauliflower florets and cook until a la dente.
Step 2: Remove the bacon and cauliflower from skillet and with a slotted spoon place on a plate that is covered with a couple of layers of paper towels.
Step 3: Allow to cool for about a minute and serve.
