Step 1: Cut cabbage into 6 wedges.
Step 2: Spray a barbecue plate or char grill or frying pan with oil cooking spray and heat to a medium-high heat.
Step 3: Brush each cabbage wedge the 3/4 teaspoon of olive oil each.
Step 4: Place the cabbage on the grill and cook cabbage wedges on each side until golden brown and tender.
Step 5: Whilst the wedges are cooking ~ Using a saucepan, heat the remaining olive oil over a medium-high heat, add the diced onion and garlic in the pan and cook 30 seconds, the add the wine, cream and mustard, bring the cream mix to the boil and then reduce heat, simmer for about 5 minutes until sauce thickens slightly, remove from heat and stir in the chives.
Step 6: Pour the sauce over the cabbage wedges to serve.
