2 avocados (2 large or 4 small avocados, peeled, pitted and cut into cubes)
2 cups pineapple, cut into cubes
1 lemon, juice of
1/2 cup olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Greens for garnish, optional
How to Make
Step 1:
In a large bowl combine the avocado and pineapple; sprinkle with lemon juice and the olive oil. Toss and season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a platter lined with greens and serve.
