Step 1: Heat oil in a large saucepan over a medium to high heat and add garlic and curry powder and cook, stirring for 1 minute and then add chicken and cream and bring to boil and then simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 2 minutes, or until chicken is almost cooked.
Step 2: Add snow peas and corn to pan and simmer for a further 2 minutes, or until vegetables are tender and chicken is cooked and then stir in miso and season with salt and pepper.
Step 3: Serve with steamed rice.
