Step 1: Using scissors cut the cleaned ancho peppers into small pieces, pour boiling water over them, soak for an hour or until the pieces are pliable
Step 2: In a blender or food processor blend together the onion, tomato sauce, vinegar, flour, oregano, cumin, garlic and steeped ancho pepper pieces. Process until you have a smooth sauce
Step 3: Pour the sauce into a skillet, put in the chops, flip them to coat both sides, cover the pan, simmer for approximately 45 minutes. Serve and I hope enjoy
